What happens on the free strategy call?
Thirty minutes on video or at our Scout Rallos studio. We look at your current site or idea, ask who your customers are and what you want them to do, and tell you honestly what we'd change first. You leave with notes, even if you never hire us.
How do you price a project?
Every project is scoped to what you need, so there is no menu. After the call we send a written proposal with every page, feature, revision round and week listed. Nothing starts until you agree to it in writing.
How long does a website take?
Most business sites take four to six weeks from workshop to launch. Stores and larger WordPress builds take eight to eleven weeks. The proposal gives you the week-by-week plan.
Will I own my website?
Yes. The domain, hosting and every admin login sit in your name, and you get the source files and a handover document at launch.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes. We build with editable blocks and record a training session for your team. If you'd rather not, our care plans include monthly edits.
Do you work with businesses outside Quezon City?
Yes. About half our clients are elsewhere in Metro Manila or in the provinces. We meet in our Scout Rallos studio, at your place within the metro, or on video.
Do you guarantee rankings or sales?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. We promise the work: what we'll build, fix and report on, and we tell you plainly what moved and what didn't.
