The brief
Tindig builds two-storey houses for families and fit-outs, low-rise buildings and warehouses for businesses. Two very different buyers, one long and nervous sales cycle, and a market full of hi-vis yellow sites that all promise "quality".
The site had to separate the two audiences in the first screen and earn enough trust for someone to request an estimate on a multi-million-peso build.
The idea
We leaned on numbers over adjectives: price per square meter, a 32-week schedule and inspection points published openly. The brand device is the datum, the level marker from a construction section drawing, always carrying a real elevation, date or week.
The homepage's signature, "Level by level", pins on scroll and raises a section drawing of a house from footings to roof while the elevation counts from +0.00 to +9.60 and each stage's weeks light up.
What we built
- Home with two clear paths: Homes and Commercial
- Homes page with price per m², inclusions and schedule
- Commercial page with service rows and a price table
- Projects with filters and spec lists
- Company page on in-house crews and site rules
- A three-part estimate form
By the numbers
- 6pages plus a brand kit
- 5.9 KBof CSS, gzipped
- 8 / 10on our design review
- 2audiences split in the first screen
After launch we track estimate requests by audience (homes vs commercial), calls from the Google profile, and searches like "house construction Cebu price per sqm".
